About the Journal

The Civil Procedure Review seeks to promote the study and discussion of Civil Procedure issues from a comparative perspective, creating a large database in the field of Procedural Law. And by doing so we intend to become a center where ideas merge and from where they can be diffusely announced and disseminated. The Civil Procedure Review publishes articles, books, book reviews, monographic works and other types of academic material about Procedural Law, produced by Professors, Researchers and Students from Universities and Institutes all around the world. The choice for the electronic means for publishing, so important in the modern world, seeks to broader the dissemination of ideas and to make the access to the Review’s content more wide and democratic of the academic community.
