Today, with the rapid development of technology, a globalized economy and the growing dependence on international law and cooperation mechanisms, the study of legal systems worldwide has gained relevance because it helps us to better understand our own systems and, at the same time, time, provides solutions to legal issues that, day after day, become more common and global.
The Civil Review Procedure seeks to promote the study and discussion of Civil Procedure issues from a comparative perspective, creating a broad database in the field of Procedural Law. And in doing so, we aim to become a center where ideas merge and where they can be diffused and disseminated.
The Civil Procedure Review publishes articles, books, book reviews, monographs and other types of academic material on procedural law, produced by professors, researchers and students from universities and institutes around the world.
