Duty of Truthful Disclosure and Duty of Completeness in civil procedure

Abstract

This work intends to analyse some aspects of the ‘Duty of Truth and Complete­ness’, in particular, the most important aspects, and those concerning the existence of a kind of duty and its effects, not only as an ethical element, but also as an element of change regarding behaviour in civil procedure. This work also intends to examine some aspects of the’ Duty of Truth’ in Germany and Italy.
