Abstract

The Civil Procedure Code disciplined the national judicial cooperation allowing greater simplicity and celerity in the interactions between the organs of the judiciary. The legal rules that deal with the subject still have a very discreet effective application, with many doubts still remaining about the scope of the institute. In this perspective, the article proposes to analyze the possibilities and the limits of the collaborative judicial interactions in the Brazilian civil process from the study of its types, instruments and acts.
