New trends in italian procedural law

Abstract

This short research analyses the new trends in Italian Procedural Law. First, it is important to notice the different rules of procedural law and the numerous acts that have been approved in the last century. Then, it will be analyzed the structure of procedures in which parties have the opportunity to bring every sort of evidence to court. Finally, we will evaluate the different objectives of enforcement proceedings.
