This essay presents a critical view of the evolution of the Argentine procedural model. It takes into account the central value of adequate judicial protection in a state of law. It links the sanction of the current Procedural Code with an autocratic government. From these perspectives, it analyzes the ideological perspective of the Procedural Code’s new draft. It relates the principles and rules of the new Code concerning access to justice in its constitutional and conventional dimensions.
