Abstract

The article examines the judgment debtor's defenses to study those that the system allows to be presented as simple motions. This way of defense is compared to the judgment satisfaction objection (art. 525, CPC) and to the motion to stay the execution (art. 914, CPC) to establish a relation between the judgment debtor's defense grounds and the requirement of execution guarantee.
