Abstract

The article reports the tradition and the latest developments in french Civil Procedure regarding the agreements about the proceeding, that is, agreements by which the parties intend to regulate the procedural aspects of an actual or future dispute. Not only aiming on the philosophical aspects of the advantages or damages that a so-called “contractualization of civil justice”, the autor also focuses on some types of clauses and contracts and the related questions that this subject arises.
