Abstract

In civil procedures execution, the concept of seized person seems to be obvious, because it is the debtor whose property has been seized. But this evidence is in fact apparent to the extent, if acquired before the debtor is identified in the executory right, it is nevertheless true that the situation of certain persons continues to sow confusion. These people are not designated as debtor in the executory right, nevertheless suffer the seizure operations of their private property. This study aims to systematize then the quality of the debtor seized.
