Abstract

This paper intends to analyze the intervention of group members in the trial of standard-solution procedures, with the goal of demonstrating this is a unique intervention, that doesn’t resemble with others forms of intervention and it is based on the legal interest that these individuals have in the interpretation of the question of law, with the establishment of an standard-solution that will affect their respective legal positions or a judicial precedent that could affect them in the future.
