The possible exercise of the citizen suit in Judicial and Administrative Courts

Abstract

The essay exposes the development of the Administrative Law based on the principle of the “public interest supremacy” and how this ideal affected the system of judicial review of the state acts, focusing in the use of the citizen suit. Then it is proposed the exercise of the citizen suit in the judicial and administrative Courts in order to expand the potential use of this especial remedy.
