Abstract

This article was intended to analyse the main specificities of the adjective regime that the portuguese legislator adopted in the Industrial Property Code. The reflection focused, in particular, on four of the main areas to which such special rules apply: evidence; precautionary proceedings; criteria for judicial decision and procedural publicity.
